At Hello You Company, every item is made with care and intention, just for you. Because of the personalized and handmade nature of our products, we want to be clear and fair about what you can expect when it comes to returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
All personalized and custom-made items are final sale. This includes:
Custom name signs
Engraved tumblers, notebooks, or keychains
Custom wood or acrylic letters
Any item made with specific colors, fonts, sizes, or finishes selected by you
We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless there is a mistake on our end.
If we made an error (e.g. wrong name, incorrect finish, wrong item), please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo and description of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
If your item is not customized, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

A brief description
We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or solution that works best for you.
Because we begin work quickly, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, materials may already be prepped or production may have started.
Once an order ships, we rely on the carrier to deliver it safely and on time. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us — we’ll help you track it down and find a solution.
