Custom & Personalized Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your item ships.
Non-Custom Orders: Also ship within 3–5 business days.
⏱ Need it faster? Rush processing may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please email us at hello@helloyoucompany.com before placing your order to check availability.
We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order. A tracking number will be provided once your package ships.
U.S. Orders: Typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipment
International Orders: Typically arrive in 7–21 business days, depending on customs and local delivery services
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Watch for free shipping promotions — we offer them often!
Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our hands — but we’ll help however we can. If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven’t received it:
Check all nearby spots (porch, garage, neighbor’s, etc.)
Contact the carrier with your tracking info

Please double-check your address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. Customs delays are beyond our control.
