NFC Tap-to-Review Signs for Hotels & Businesses, Explained

Quick answer: An NFC tap-to-review sign is a small wood or acrylic sign with a chip inside. When a guest holds their phone near it, your Google review page (or any link you choose) opens. There's no app to download. Our Custom NFC Tap Signs come in 5x7 or 8x10 inches, hold up to 3 links, can include engraved QR codes, and start at $45.

Many happy guests never get around to leaving a review. A tap sign at the front desk, checkout or table puts your review page one tap away.

How it works

  1. You send your link. For reviews, that's your Google review link. It can also be your menu, booking page, social media or a payment link.
  2. We program the chip with your link and engrave your sign.
  3. A guest taps. They hold the top of their phone near the sign, and a prompt opens your page.

Most recent iPhones and Android phones can read NFC. Some Android phones need NFC turned on in settings, so we can engrave a QR code as a backup.
