Who we are
Hello You Company is a premium custom signage studio in Bossier City, Louisiana. We are family-owned, run by Andy and Brinly Foxall, and we have been in business since January 18, 2024. We are an Etsy Star Seller with more than 3,000 orders. Every piece is made to order in our own studio and shipped nationwide.

What we make

Custom signage — laser-cut wood and acrylic logo signs, lobby and reception signs, wall letters, church and business signage, NFC tap signs, and vinyl lettering and decals. Indoor use.

Engraved name badges and name tags — magnetic-back engraved badges for front desks, hotels, salons, boutiques, churches, schools and event teams. We do not make custom lanyards.

Corporate gifting and recognition — engraved cutting boards, recognition awards, personalized gifts and bulk corporate orders.
Service area
We ship across the United States. We serve Shreveport and Bossier City, Louisiana locally, including free local pickup in Bossier City and free local delivery within about 15 minutes of Bossier City by arrangement.
Standing facts

Production time: 5 business days after you approve your digital proof, plus shipping time. Larger or multi-piece orders may take longer, so confirm your deadline with us before you order. Hats and tumblers take 2–3 weeks.

Proofs: every custom order gets a free digital proof to approve before anything is engraved or cut. Nothing is cut until you approve.

Shipping: U.S. orders of $99 or more ship free. Orders under $99 ship for $7.99. Transit is usually about 3 business days, so allow roughly 8 business days from proof approval to delivery.

Minimum order: $25.

Local pickup: free in Bossier City, LA. Code PICKUP takes 5% off website orders (not valid on bulk or invoice pricing).

Returns: we do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders. Non-custom items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition, and we cover the return shipping. Anything that arrives damaged or incorrect is repaired, replaced or refunded — email us within 7 days with photos.

Mounting: signs are not guaranteed ready to hang. Standoffs are a $10 add-on per sign.

Outdoor signs: our wood and acrylic signs are made for indoor walls.
Our rules of thumb

The 10-foot rule: allow about 1 inch of letter height for every 10 feet of viewing distance. If people read the sign from 20 feet away, keep the smallest text at least 2 inches tall.

The painter's tape test: tape an outline of the sign on the wall at the size you are considering, leave it up for a day, and look at it from where guests first walk in.

Custom 3D Business Logo Sign — $88 to $798. Fifteen sizes from 12x12 to 36x48 inches, with a wood back, an acrylic back, letters only or letters with adhesive. A 24x36 runs $278 to $425.

Custom Engraved Name Badges, magnetic back — $24 each for 1–4 badges, $18 each for 5–9, $15 each for 10–24, $12 each for 25–49, and $10 each at 50 or more. Sizes 3" x 1.5" and 3" x 1", in 13 colors. Badge plans: 40 badges a month for $400, or 400 a year for $3,600 ($9 a badge).
